2026 Spanish Programs Calendar
Welcome to the Instituto Cultural Oaxaca (ICO). Our Academic calendar is designed to offer full flexibility for students traveling to Mexico to learn Spanish. Whether you are looking for a full immersion Spanish Program, a specialized course, or a cultural course, our weekly modules allow you to start classes on any Monday of the year.
Specialized programs usually have an application deadline, so be sure to apply before those key dates! For the academic year 2026, ICO will be offering the following Specialized Spanish Programs:
Seasonal programs have limited space, and enrollment is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you are considering enrolling, we suggest you apply as soon as possible. Seasonal programs include our most famous Day of the Dead Program, Christmas Program, New Year's Program, Holy Week (easter) Course, and Guelaguetza Course
Spanish Immersion Summer Camp for kids (5 - 12 years) starting every Monday from June 1 until August 21. Kids will be immersed in learning Spanish through fun/project-based experiences, encouraging them to be active and connect with authentic Spanish to develop confidence in their Spanish skills.
