Payment, Cancellation and Refunds
Full Refund
You're entitled to a full refund if you cancel up to 14 days before your course's start date. Cancellations must be communicated via email.
Credit for Late Cancellation
Canceling within 14 days leading to the course start date won't result in a refund. However, the paid amount can be credited towards another course or our online offerings.
Post-Start Cancellation
If you cancel after your course has commenced, the fee for the ongoing week is non-refundable. Fees for subsequent weeks can be credited as described in the point above.
Communication Protocol
All changes or cancellations related to your registration must be communicated exclusively via email. We won't recognize requests made through other channels.
Non-Transferability of Tuition
Your tuition is exclusively for your use. It cannot be transferred to another individual under any circumstances.
Amendments to Terms
The Instituto Cultural Oaxaca retains the right to modify these terms and conditions. Any updates will be reflected on this page. Regularly reviewing this page ensures you're always informed.
Jurisdiction
The laws of Mexico govern these terms. Any disputes arising will be addressed within this jurisdiction.
